🚨 PLOT TWISTS (What if something goes wrong?)
💔 It arrived broken.
Take clear photos of the item and the outer box. Email [damages@yourbrand.com] within 48 hours. We ship a replacement or refund you — do not send broken ceramic or glass back. Safety first.
📭 Tracking says "Delivered" but it's not there.
Check with neighbors. Check your mail room. Check behind the planter. Then email us — we'll start a trace.
📦 Something's missing from the box.
Email us within 5 days of delivery. We'll sort it.
✏️ Wrong address.
Email us within 2 hours of ordering. After that, it's already wrapped and labeled.
🌍 International orders.
Customs, duties, and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Email us before ordering so we can quote you properly.
